    Getting back to basics or new to yoga? This is the class for you! A strong focus on alignment, breath connection and body awareness to strengthen both body and mind.

  • Embody

    A step up from Foundation, this alignment focused class, anchors the mind through breath awareness and body connection. Move with intention in this class that is great for beginners and the more advanced practitioner that could use a slower paced flow.

  • Flow

    Creative flows mixed with intermittent strong holds, this vinyasa style class will connect breath to movement, build heat and wind down with deep stretches as you tap into your own flow state.

  • Recover

    A perfect complement to our yang practices. Build flexibility and facilitate a deep release by holding mostly seated and reclining poses for several minutes, taking your body and mind to new depths.

  • Restore

    Restore

    Restorative yoga is the most needed practice for many of us! Passive seated and reclining postures are held for up to 10 minutes at a time allowing the nervous system to rest and the body to restore.

  • Sculpt

    Sculpt

    Sculpt is a yoga based class that introduces the use of light weights, resistance bands, and pilates to help build physical strength and increase mobility.

  • Prenatal Yoga

    This prenatal class is designed to provide community, conversation, and movement for expecting moms. Whether you are early on in your pregnancy or nearing your due date, this class is the perfect way to honor and move your body in a safe guided way. We can't wait to spend this chapter with you!

We offer a variety of yoga styles to suit your needs! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our intention is to create a space that is accessible for everybody and every BODY. Depending on your focus, you’ll find classes to gain strength, flexibility, stamina and balance. We can’t wait to practice with you!
