• Foundation

Let’s get back to basics! Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, our Foundation class is for anyone looking to get in touch with, (or re-introduced to), the core of an asana practice.

As the Zen monk Shunryu Suzuki put it in his book Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind: ‘In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s there are few.’

Class includes a strong focus on alignment to best balance your energy, encourages a connection of breath and movement, and focuses on intentional sequences to strengthen the body and mind!

    All levels welcome.

  • Embody

A step up from Foundation, in this class we also focus on alignment and anchoring the mind through breath awareness. Moving with intention, we strengthen the core muscle groups and work on the mobility necessary for practicing the sequence of poses that make up a vinyasa flow.

We will increase strength, deepen flexibility, and most importantly, build confidence to fully embody your practice.

A great class for those near the beginning of their yoga journey. For seasoned yogis, a wonderful class to slow down and fully express the poses we often pass thru.

    All levels welcome.

  • Flow

Flow classes, also known as vinyasa, we place a special emphasis on linking breath to movement. In this class, we focus on alignment of the body and the power of the breath. Building strength and stamina in this practice, you can expect a mix of standing poses and flow sequences. Utilizing the power of repetition to build muscle endurance and also access our own flow state.

As each teacher’s is unique, you can expect the class style to vary a bit. We suggest you practice with each teacher to find what resonates most with you!

Modifications will be offered to tailor this practice to each student’s ability, as well as deeper variations.

Some yoga experience is helpful but not required.

  • Sculpt

Sculpt is a yoga based class that introduces the use of light weights, resistance bands, and pilates to help build physical strength and increase mobility.

Fun music, strong body, and breath connection!

    All levels welcome.

  • Recover

This 60 minute yin class is the perfect complement to a more active (yang) practice and lifestyle. Poses are held for several minutes, often with the aid of props, which increases flexibility and facilitates a deep release. This slower paced class brings a different kind of challenge as we get comfortable with discomfort, meet our growth edge, and accept the invitation to turn inward.

    All levels welcome.

  • Restore

You deserve to rest! In this class we will practice restorative postures - a way of opening the body through passive stretching, heavily supported by the use of props. A practice that feels like a huge exhale for your nervous system. Honestly, a dream practice is you ask us. May the rest revolution begin!

    All levels welcome.
