Strengthen your knowledge and elevate your teaching through a dedicated study of Yin Yoga. This fifty-hour immersion explores classical Yin principles, functional anatomy, fascia science, and energetic pathways rooted in meridian theory.  You will study sequencing, seasonal themes, and the art of stillness through long-held postures supported by clear teaching methodology.

Your trainers have more than 10,000 hours of public teaching experience.  Shaun McNally holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University and has extensive experience in contemplative traditions.  Grace Lorenzo is a doctoral acupuncture candidate whose work integrates meridian-based theory with practical acupressure skills.

Training meets in person on Saturdays from 12 pm to 6 pm and Sundays from 12 pm to 6 pm, with a few online sessions to support lecture-based material, reflective study, and integration.

This program is designed for yoga teachers, movement practitioners, and dedicated students who want a grounded, authentic, and comprehensive understanding of Yin Yoga.  All participants receive continuing education credit through the Yoga Alliance Education Provider program.
